Verona, a specialist in financial advisory services for entrepreneurs and their businesses, and Talent Vectia, a leading Finnish management consultancy business and a new member of the Verona Group, will launch a unique multi-family office for international families and their global companies. The aim is to serve international customers with an innovative business model and a wider range of services. Talent Vectia has also strengthened the expertise of its board by appointing David Steinegger as chairman.
The new collaboration between the two Finnish financial experts builds on ownership changes earlier this year when Verona became Talent Vectia’s main owner. The aim of the enlarged group is to expand the range of quality services offered both domestically and internationally, and grow the expertise base for the benefit of Verona’s expanding client base.
As part of the ownership changes, Talent Vectia appointed a new chairman of the board: David Steinegger, a highly esteemed European financial expert and partner at Verona. Steinegger also serves as a professional member on other boards and is the former CEO of Lombard International Assurance S.A., Luxembourg’s largest international life insurance provider.
Multi-family office in the financial centre of Luxembourg
Verona Group plans to launch a multi-family office in Luxembourg, building upon existing trusted client relationships and developing new relationships with a selective number of wealthy European and Asian families. At the heart of this new initiative is a high-quality service concept for global families, provided by a unique team of experts. This service offering includes international estate planning and generational change, wealth management, strategic planning and governance for entrepreneurs, their families and businesses.
“Verona’s global family office concept offers Finnish and international clients access to a wide international network. Among other benefits, this network gives them unique investment opportunities they do not have at national level”, says Marko Nokka, Group CEO at Verona.
“Our range of expertise covers everything from business development, leadership development, and structuring to growing successful businesses. Particularly in central Europe, there is a great deal of interest in Nordic know-how that builds on lean hierarchies, flexibility, and a high level of trust and autonomy”, says Tom Lindholm, CEO at Talent Vectia.
Director Antti Kunnas has been appointed as a founding director of Verona and Talent Vectia’s multi-family office in Luxembourg. Kunnas has a strong international record, having worked for a number of leading international insurance businesses in wealth planning and risk management.
The Verona Group has over 80 employees.
